On Thursday, Sept. 24th, AOPA and the Air Safety Foundation will be presenting a seminar at KCAC entitled “What Went Wrong.” This seminar examines GA aircraft accidents through the eyes of an investigator to determine the chain of events that caused the accident. The event will take place in the KCAC Maintenance Hangar (Building 3) from 7pm - 9pm.
